1) Acceptance

By using BEACH BUM BIKE RENTALS or purchasing our products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your credentials private—you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3) Orders, pricing & payments

You authorize BEACH BUM BIKE RENTALS and our payment partners to charge your selected method for product totals, shipping, and taxes. We may cancel or limit orders due to availability, suspected fraud/abuse, or obvious errors; cancelled orders are refunded promptly. If an unmistakable pricing/content mistake occurs, we may cancel and refund or ask for your direction.

4) Shipping, title & risk

See the Shipping Policy for options and timelines. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Use a secure delivery address.

5) Returns & refunds

Governed by the Refund & Return Policy above.

6) User content (reviews, photos, Q&A)

By submitting content, you grant BEACH BUM BIKE RENTALS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Services. Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

7) Acceptable use

No illegal activity, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.

8) Intellectual property

Except for user content, site materials belong to BEACH BUM BIKE RENTALS, LLC or its licensors and are protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9) Disclaimers

Except as required by law or expressly stated in our policies, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEACH BUM BIKE RENTALS, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in Collier County, Florida.
